Oakwood Cooperage
Oakwood Cooperage is the UK’s largest independent cooperage, specialising in the trade, rejuvenation and management of casks for the whisky industry. Founded in 2018 by award‑winning master cooper Brent Bowie, Oakwood proudly combines Scottish heritage, traditional coopering skills and an innovative approach to wood reuse. Alongside serving distilleries in Speyside, Strathclyde and beyond, we craft a wide range of sustainable oak products made from retired casks. Our Barrel Craft range includes garden planters, dog beds, firewood, ice baths, water butts and bespoke pieces for homes, gardens and businesses—each carrying the story of the spirit it once held.
