Another successful United Keith late night shopping event

half circle

United Keith held their annual late night shopping event last Thursday, and once again this was kicked off by Strathisla Pipe Band descending Mid Street to the delight of a large crowd.

Many shops were open and offered some special additions to their norm, with hot chocolate and lucky squares in aid of United Keith at the Clydesdale Bank, discounts and raffles at Room to Relax, mulled wine, mincemeat pies, raffles, special offers and free samples at The Deli, homemade mince meat pies, hot chocolate, tea, coffee and another raffle at Square Roots Cafe and a lucky dip discount at the Red Cross to name a few.

In addition to this, and maybe more importantly for the younger visitors, Santa was at home in his beautiful grotto at McPhersons, where he gave all children a present and either a selection box or box of Haribo. Santa was so popular that the que was well out of the door.

The night proved to be a successful evening for many shopkeepers and was enjoyed by all. Thanks must go to United Keith for providing Santa’s gifts, and to the businesses of Keith for their continued support of this event.
