Yoga @ King Memorial Hall, Grange
Mar 19 @ 9:45 am – 11:15 am

Yoga classes are held in the King Memorial Hall on Monday mornings from 9.45 am to 11.15 am every week, other than during school holidays. The classes include exercises to develop strength and flexibility, and some relaxation and meditation. They are geared to suit all abilities from beginners to people with previous experience with yoga. The classes are ‘pay as you go’, so you can come along for as many or as few as you wish. Yoga at St Thomas’ Hall @ St Thomas' Hall

All are welcome at this yoga class which is suitable for all abilities.  Linda is British of Wheel of Yoga trained and has been teaching for many years.  Should you require any further information please contact Linda on the email provided.

Line Dancing classes @ King Memorial Hall, Grange

Line dancing classes are held in The King Memorial Hall on a Monday evenings from September to April. From April, classes move to Rothiemay Hall.
There are three classes:
Beginners – 6.30pm-7.30pm
Intermediate – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
Advanced – 8.30pm – 9.30pm
Everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy an evening of music, friendship and to have a laugh.

Active Ageing classes @ Longmore Hall

This is a fun and friendly community low impact exercise class for older adults to improve mobility and flexibility; balance and coordination; strength, confidence and independence.
It can provide a follow on from physio rehabilitation and can help those who may have long term medical conditions including Type 2 diabetes, arthritis and joint problems, moderately high (managed) blood pressure, mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression and balance problems.
It is supported by Moray Community Physiotherapy team and the Moray Community Wellbeing Development team.
You can either self refer and just turn up or you can be referred by your GP or other health professional. If anyone has any questions, please phone Barbara on 07810870612.
The instructor, Barbara Stearn, is Level 3 GP Exercise Referral qualified.
Should you be interested please get in contact with Barbara to secure you place as it is a very popular class.
