Keith Country Show Annual Stockjuding Competition @ Claymires, Rothiemay

The Keith Country Show Annual Stockjudging competition, kindly sponsored by the Seafield Veterinary Group, is on
Sunday 29th July at Claymires, Rothiemay hosted by the Smith Family. Starting at 1pm there are
classes for individuals, teams and young farmers. Beginners are very welcome and there will be
plenty of folk to explain what to do. There will be some fun classes, a raffle, bar and delicious
food so please come along for an enjoyable afternoon and a good blether.

Drummuir Duck Race @ River Isla next to Drummuir Station

Drummuir and Botriphnie Community Trust invite you to their annual Duck Race on the river Isla next to Drummuir Station.  Come along and sponsor a ‘Duke’ to win a prize while having an ice cream and drink, which will be available.

Fancy an extra treat then why not take the train from either Keith ‘Old Town’ Station or Dufftown Station with Keith and Dufftown Railway (train stops at Drummuir Station).

Keith & District Silver Band Rehearsals @ Longmore Hall
Jul 29 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Keith and District Silver Band is based in Keith and rehearses at the Longmore Hall.  They are a non-contesting band with the emphasis on music which is enjoyable to play and entertaining for their audience.

They always welcome new players of any ability and are taking an active role in promoting brass playing for beginners. If you are interested, please feel free to attend a rehearsal.
