The Grange WRI meets every third Wednesday of the month and is open to anyone interested in meeting people from the area for a social evening. There is always a speaker or demonstrator and a wide range of subjects including travel, health, crafts, cooking, sport and drama are discussed. Active Ageing classes @ Longmore Hall

This is a fun and friendly community low impact exercise class for older adults to improve mobility and flexibility; balance and coordination; strength, confidence and independence.
It can provide a follow on from physio rehabilitation and can help those who may have long term medical conditions including Type 2 diabetes, arthritis and joint problems, moderately high (managed) blood pressure, mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression and balance problems.
It is supported by Moray Community Physiotherapy team and the Moray Community Wellbeing Development team.
You can either self refer and just turn up or you can be referred by your GP or other health professional. If anyone has any questions, please phone Barbara on 07810870612.
The instructor, Barbara Stearn, is Level 3 GP Exercise Referral qualified.
Should you be interested please get in contact with Barbara to secure you place as it is a very popular class.
